Christina has been teaching yoga for over two years. Teaching is her passion, whether it's in the yoga studio or her middle school classroom.
Yoga helped Christina connect on a deeper level with herself, and she hopes to provide space for her students to find the same.
Christina teaches Vinyasa Yoga on Sundays at 10:00am, and Yoga & Journaling on Mondays at 5:30pm.
Mary has over three years of teaching experience. She also managed the CorePower Yoga Fenway studio for two years.
Mary's favorite part of teaching is connecting with students and making them feel at home the moment they step into her class.

Stef recently completed her 200 hour teacher training. She is excited to share her love for yoga with her new students.
Stef comes to yoga for clarity, mindfulness, and a sense of presence. She aspires to find balance through her everyday practice, and is excited to share the power of community with those who join her.
Stef teaches Thursdays at 4:00pm.
Sarita has been teaching yoga for over a year, and has been a yoga student for over a decade. She believes that yoga is rooted in kindness, and that kindness to oneself fosters strength and stability.
Yoga has allowed her to create a time for self care, and she loves helping others to find that space for themselves. She can't wait to flow with you!
Sarita teaches Wednesdays at 6:30pm.
Victoria discovered yoga in 2016 and began teaching three years later. She loves the practice for creating a connection between the mind, body and breath, and that every theme, mantra and lesson can be applied both on and off the mat.
She likes to play around with fun transitions in her class, as well as create a space for students to cultivate strength, creativity and growth.
