Welcome to the first course of my “Awakening & Arriving” series! This series is a culmination of the lessons I’ve learned from life—good, bad, and everything in-between. The power of this course is in vulnerability, revealing the behind-the-scenes work that guided me back to the right path in life. Years of commitment to my personal wellness journey have led me right here, to this moment. I'm so happy to finally be ready to share this with you in one organized course. It arrived, and it's right on time. Why This Course? This course will guide you, in a unique way, through examination, reflection, and growth. Drawing on my background as a yoga instructor, classroom teacher, history buff, and personal growth devotee, I bring a different approach from others. The course blends ancient wisdom, from yogic traditions and beyond, with modern wellness practices and all the little and big lessons I've learned along my own journey. What to Expect: This course explores the practices of habit-building, intention-setting, and journaling. It starts with these three practices because it's the perfect time of year for it (new year - new you)! Within each section, you'll find in-depth guides and real-life examples taken from my own experiences. You can access the course through a login to the website, and you can also download the materials to your computer. By the end, you'll have tools to create a healthier, happier you in 2024!
